Abstract

Review and meta-analysis of third-wave online interventions (ACT, BA, MBCT, etc.) for depression. Nine RCTs were included (N=1910); meta-analysis of 6 studies (N=1744) showed a medium-large effect size (d=0.61) versus waitlist or TAU, indicating that online adaptations are legitimate and effective options.
