The Spanish version of the Work-related Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (WAAQ)

Translation and validation of the WAAQ in 209 workers. The Spanish version showed excellent internal consistency (α=.92), unidimensional structure, and convergent validity indices superior to the AAQ-II for work variables, confirming its utility for assessing psychological flexibility in the work context.
